I'm frequently asked where I get my inspiration from, a question at times I feel is impossible to answer.

The truth of the matter is that I wake up with the answer to this question every day.

What does this photo tell you about Jamiee and JK?

That the most important part of their wedding day was celebrating their commitment to each other, along with their most favourite people.

I say this because we shot their wedding last Saturday. The day it rained for nearly 18 hours straight. When Tenielle and I woke up it was raining and it didn't stop until Jaimee and JK walked into their reception.

We still managed to get some amazing photos, but what was so impressive about their day was how the weather just didn't seem to phase them at all.

We love working with positive people.

If you ever had the privilege of meeting these two, you would say that this photo is the perfect representation of them.

They say good things come to those who wait. If you're like me then you don't like to wait, it's frustrating. Maybe I am too used to the "instant" world we live in, either way being patient is something I'm working on. I say this because Tenielle and I have recently had the privelege of shooting some pretty amazing weddings which we'd love to share with you, but since we're in the process of re-branding our site, we'll have to wait. In saying this we've managed to share a few photos over the past few weeks on our Facebook fan page of what were currently working on. For the rebels out there that aren't on Facebook, here's a photo from one of the weddings we shot a few weeks ago that we're nearly finished editing.

This Byron Bay Wedding was shot at Deux Belettes Country Guesthouse.

Way before weddings, Tenielle and I shot fashion.

This is what it's all about.

Nothing was going to stop this wedding.

Not even the 100 year storm that tore through Melbourne the night before. The storm that flooded their beautiful St Kilda apartment only hours before we'd be arriving to shoot. 

These two were so committed and all we had to do was follow in their footsteps, literally.  No one has ever let us photograph their wedding, their lives like these two have.

This is Alex and Eliza in real life.

During Georgina and David's wedding ceremony however, there were no complexities.

It was clear to all that these two really loved each other.
